Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Supper

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp, plain yogurt, powder milk. Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2.

Snacks!

Chocolate peanut butter protein bar 68g. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Outing

Bus trip Downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken with frozen peas, butternut squash, pasta, tomato soup, etc. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and one leg knee bends. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages x 2 with banana x 2, pitted prunes, powder milk, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener.

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, frozen peas, butternut squash, pasta, tomato soup, milk, chia seeds. 

Snacks!

BBQ Peanuts 1/2 Cup. Banana x 1.

Brunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Boiled eggs x 2. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises.

12" Pizza from Sobeys Queen Street Deluxe Pizza. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street while waiting for laundry. 

Lunch

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns. Creatine with water 2 tbsp. Boiled egg x 1. Banana x 1.

Workout

Stretching exercises 25 minutes with deep squats and one leg knee bends. Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 35 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, banana x 2, pitted prunes, powder milk. Toast and butter x 2. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Boiled egg x 1.
