Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, sweet potatoes, butter.

Smoked Oysters 85g 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street and RBC Almon Street. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, mango yogurt drink. Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami, mozzarella cheese x 2 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets of 10 reps. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Mac and Cheese 1 Cup, 3/4 Cup mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, pepper, cheese dust 1tbs, red kidney beans.

BBQ Peanuts 140g. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire and Superstore Quinpool Road.

Pizza toast with pizza sauce, salami and mozzarella cheese x 2, protein shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk, strawberry yogurt. 

Outing

Walk to Bluenose Laundromat for laundry 2 loads.
