Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 12, brown rice, mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, cheddar cheese. 

Snack

Nature Valley Protein Bar 37g. 

Brunch

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, banana yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, protein powder, banana, almond milk, frozen fruit berry blend, tea.

Laundry Day from 7:45am to 10:00am 3 loads of laundry. May 11/23
