Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, frozen fruit, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1

Supper

Steak, salt, pepper, brown rice, mixed vegetables, beef broth. 

Snack

Boiled egg, salt, BBQ Peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.
