Peppermint tea

Extra Creamy Mac and Cheese with mixed vegetables and can salmon, pepper. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese 

Lunch

Roast beef sandwiches with cheese, butter and mustard x 2. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables and hot sauce. 

Lunch

Ham and Roast beef sandwiches with pickles, cheese, butter and mustard x 2

Outing

Walk to Laundromat North Street near Robie Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink.
