Ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 3, salt, pepper, butter.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Chicken breast, Mayo sandwich, Cheddar Cheese x 3. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Boneless pork x 2, potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cooking oil. 

Cleaning Day!

8:00am - 4:00pm Cleaning entire home from top to bottom.
