Pork butt chop, salt, pepper, garlic, steak sauce, Brussels sprouts, butter. 

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart and Eastlink. 

Lunch

3 egg omelette, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, olive oil, cheese, onion, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Toasted cheese, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

3 egg omelette, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, cheese, olive oil. 

Brunch

Leftover rice, ground beef, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, etc.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

3 loads of laundry. 8:45am - 11:15am
