Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Nature Valley Protein Bar. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, stewed tomatoes, hot sauce, pasta. (2 meals) 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 7:30am to 3:00pm 7.5 hours of cleaning. October 7/23

Lunch

Salmon mayo sandwiches with pepper x 2, Nature Valley Protein bar x 1

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Tea Time!

Green tea

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Boneless pork x 2, salt and pepper, hot sauce, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, mixed vegetables.

Cheddar Cheese x 4

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Chain Lake Drive and A&W.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce.

Flakes of Ham sandwiches x 2 with mayo and pepper, Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 10:30am 2 loads of laundry. October 5/23

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Chicken breast x 2, salt, pepper, paprika, hot sauce, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice, mixed vegetables.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road after meeting with Kim at her work. Had a piece of pizza from Kim.

Tuna mayo sandwich with pepper, Cheddar Cheese x 2, Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, kefir yogurt drink.
