Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Great Value Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta, tomato sauce. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Everything bagels x 2 with herb and garlic cream cheese and tomato. Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, powder milk, oat milk. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages x 3 with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Dark Chocolate 100g. 

Supper

Steak with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion, potatoes, beef broth, hot sauce. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 6

Lunch

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder.

One hour of Stretching exercises with push ups.

Oatmeal packages plain x 3 with banana, powder milk, cinnamon, chia seeds. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Egg salad sandwiches x 2 on wholewheat bread. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, banana and frozen strawberries. 

Workout

Light stretching exercises and weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes. 

Lunch Preparation!

I made 3 egg salad sandwiches for lunch with 4 eggs, pepper, mayo, mustard, pink salt on wholewheat bread. I ate one sandwich and saved 2 sandwiches for lunch.

Leftover chicken legs x 2 and Great Value Protein Bar 37g.

Oatmeal packages plain x 3 with banana, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.
