Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Dessert

Fig cookies x 4

Supper

Ground turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, spices and seasoning, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Lunch

Scrambled eggs x 3 with pepper, butter, ketchup, hash browns x 3, Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, peanut butter, tea. 

Dessert

Fig cookies x 4

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, brown rice with vegetable broth and butter, hot sauce.

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder, peanut butter and banana sandwich.
