Tea Time!

Peppermint tea 

Supper

Ground beef, peas and carrots, tomato sauce, pasta, spices. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Ham and Turkey, cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Protein Shake Vanilla. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then returned home walking along waterfront. *6093 Steps

Brunch

Ham and Turkey sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, Protein bar 37g.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, raisin cinnamon English muffin with butter, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables. 

Snack

Trail Mix 1/2 Cup 

Tea Time!

Honey lemon tea, protein bar 37g.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Ham and Turkey, cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, potato chips 2 cups.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, almond milk, cinnamon raisin English muffin with butter, tea.

Ground turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, spices, butternut squash, butter, ketchup. 

Snack

Potato Chips 2 Cups.

Walk to Young Street for Covid 19 booster shot then Superstore to buy groceries.

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter, boiled eggs x 2, salt, banana x 1.
