Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Noodle soup with mix 1 tsp, mixed vegetables, boneless pork, pepper, garlic.

Outing

Walk downtown to TD Bank, RBC Bank Machine, Lawton's and Dollarama Duke Street. Waterfront on the way home.
