Leftover ground turkey with mixed vegetables, tomato sauce and pasta, etc. 

Snack

1/2 Cup of Chocolate Almonds. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, hot sauce, chicken broth and pasta. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, coconut milk, powder milk. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 25 minutes. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2, 1/2 cup chocolate almonds, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions side kick only, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, raisin bran muffins x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Supper

Boneless pork x 3 with salt and pepper, butter noodles with mixed vegetables, mango green tea. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. Salami and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises, planking, leg extensions side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener, raisin bran muffin.

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 1, raisin bran muffin, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and raisin bran muffins x 2.

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 4 with mixed vegetables, butter, Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice and hot sauce. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dartmouth to get my teeth cleaned and went to Walmart and Superstore Dartmouth Cole Harbour.

Salami and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises and planking.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama after dropping off some paper work at office. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni stick.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk. Salami and cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, push ups, leg extensions side kick only, planking. 

Breakfast 2
