Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with and sweetener. Cinnamon buns x 2. 

Supper

Chicken breast with salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika. Uncle Ben's Flavored Rice with mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells back, chest, biceps and forearms 35 minutes. 

Lunch

Thin crust deluxe pizza with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and green peppers 410g. Creatine with water 1 scoops. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick and deep squats. 

Breakfast 2

Peanut butter toast x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats package x 1. Green tea with sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Lemon Strudel x 1. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 40 minutes. 

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Cranberry Juice Diet 739ml. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street and Superstore after RBC Bank Almon Street. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken stew/soup from yesterday with vegetables, pasta and lentils, etc. Whole grain bread with butter x 3. Cinnamon buns x 2. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with deep squats. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats package x 1. Green tea with sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, pasta, vegetable soup, broccoli and cauliflower, lentils. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 3 loads of laundry.

Spinach pizza with tomato sauce and cheese from Superstore. Creatine with water 1 scoop.

One hour of Stretching exercises with deep squats.

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Gatorade Zero. Protein Bar 68g.

Fried egg sandwiches with eggs x 4, salt and pepper, hot sauce, cheese, butter, pam cooking spray on whole grain bread x 2. Banana x 1. 

Post Workout Snack!

Chocolate protein bar 68g.
