Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

More Tea Time!

Mint tea after doing the dishes.

Lemon ginger tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich with banana x 2 with 1 for later.

Workout 2

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Snack

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g

Leftover pasta salad with pasta, mixed vegetables and chicken breast, etc.
