Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, cheese dust, pasta, diced tomatoes. (2 meals) 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts or abs, leg extensions front and side kick, stretching, weight training with dumbbells 4 exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Supper

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, brown rice, etc. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich. 

Lunch

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Laundry Day!

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry at Laundry Co. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, powder milk. Toast and butter x 2, tea.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, weight training with dumbbell curls, dumbbell rows, bench press and overhead dumbbell press multiple sets and reps. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, coconut milk, plain yogurt drink. Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Oatmeal 2 cups with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Snack

Sardines fillets 100g. Peanut butter and butter sandwich. Green tea. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Egg salad sandwiches with 2 eggs, pepper, paprika and mayo on Whole wheat bread x 2. Banana x 1

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Banana x 1, Salted Mixed Nuts.

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 8:00am to 4:30pm. 8.5 hours of cleaning. March 3/24 

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, boiled egg and salt. 

Lunch

Mozzarella cheese and butter sandwich with green tea.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, coconut milk, almond milk. 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2 with salt, toasted mozzarella cheese sandwich.
