Bagel and butter cinnamon raisin.

Cinnamon raisin bagel, butter, chamomile tea.

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, potatoes, cooking oil, ketchup, ginger, paprika, garlic powder, oregano.

Snack

Cinnamon raisin bagels x 2 with butter.

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal 2 packages, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Sardines in tomato sauce half large can, half cup mixed vegetables, cup of rice.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Outing

Paid rent then walked to TD Bank and RBC Bank Machine then Dollarama Duke Street.

7:30am - 9:15am 2 loads of laundry.

Sardines in tomato sauce 1/2 large can with potatoes, paprika, oregano, ginger, cooking oil, pepper, garlic powder, salt.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.
