Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, Nature Valley Protein Bar 37g. 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, pasta. (2 meals)

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Chicken burgers with mayo on hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, almond milk. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, almond milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Italian Style meatballs x 10, Scrambled eggs x 3, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, brown rice with mixed vegetables, beef broth, butter. 

Snack
