Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, fig cookies x 2

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta. 

Tea Time!

Green tea, Cheddar Cheese x 4, fig cookies x 2.

Brunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, olive oil, ketchup, hot sauce, hash browns x 3.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana x 2, peanut butter, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, fig cookies x 3.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, brown rice. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, strawberry yogurt, powder milk, almond milk. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street. 

Lunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, hash browns x 3.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from about 8:00am to 9:30am 2 loads of laundry. February 1/23

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g.
