Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, chamomile tea.

Pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, pepper, garlic. (2 meals)

Brunch

Leftover California style vegetables, 3 eggs scrambled, toast and butter x 1, garlic, pepper, green tea.

Laundry Day!

8am - 10am 2 loads of laundry.

Breakfast 2

Shredded wheat bran 2 cups, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea, banana.

Snack

Toasted cheese, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea

Supper

Pork butt chop, salt, pepper, garlic, California style vegetables, butter.

Lunch

Omelette 3 eggs, cheese, pepper, garlic, toast and butter x 2. 

Breakfast 3

2 cups plus Life cereal and milk.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Snack

Toasted cheese, mayo sandwich, chamomile tea.

Supper

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, cheese, pepper, garlic.

Oysters 85g

Lunch

Leftover pasta, ground beef, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, etc.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Leftover sausage 2.5, omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, cheese, pepper, garlic, green tea.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Kettle cooked Jalapeno chips 205g.

Outing

Walk to Brunswick Street Church to income tax clinic then Dollarama Duke Street Closed followed by Dollarama Parklane.
