Walk to Library Spring Garden Road for rapid Covid 19 test then Dollarama Park Lane.

Roast beef sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, almond milk, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Chamomile tea

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoes and onion, ginger, Italian style spice, garlic powder, cooking oil.

Turkey breast sandwich with mayo.
