Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and popcorn x 1 bag. 

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, hot sauce, pasta in sauce mixture. 

Outing

Walk to Canadian Tire Quinpool Road and TD Bank machine. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener, toast and peanut butter x 2

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk and banana x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes.

Chicken breast x 4 small $10.00 worth with Chicken Flavored Uncle Ben's Rice, hot sauce, salt and pepper plus paprika. 

Snack

Pepperoni stick 40g.

Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama along Barrington Street.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk and banana, toast and peanut butter x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, oats, chia seeds, plain yogurt drink. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Italian Flatbread Sandwich from Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre and Water Lemon Lime Carbonated. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street to deposit paycheck from We Were Liars then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Walmart.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk and toast and peanut butter x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!
