Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, brown rice. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Lunch

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, hash browns x 3, ketchup, Cheddar Cheese x 4. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 11:45am 4 loads of laundry. February 11/23

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, wheat germ, banana, frozen strawberries, powder milk, peanut butter, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Omelette with 3 eggs, pepper, hot sauce, olive oil, brown rice, butter, chicken broth, Cheddar Cheese x 5. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2. Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk and protein powder.
