Tea Time!

Peppermint tea

Supper 2

Leftover ground beef, brown rice, broccoli, stewed tomatoes, chick peas, spices, etc. Tomato soup, milk, curry. 

Supper

French fries with ketchup. 

Lunch

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter, boiled egg, salt, banana x 1.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted cheese sandwich with butter. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea. 

Tea Time!

Honey lemon tea, toasted cheese sandwich with butter, banana x 1.

Supper

Ground beef, beef broth, flour, brown rice, broccoli, chick peas, stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, summer savory, curry. (2 meals)

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted Swiss cheese sandwich with butter.
