Chicken breast, potatoes, paprika, oregano, cooking oil, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger.

Boiled egg.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool road.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, bàgel and butter toasted.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Last night snack!

Peanut butter bagel toasted, chamomile tea.

Breakfast

Bagel and butter, oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, milk, tea. 

Supper

Leftover pasta, ground beef, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, etc.

Lunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toasted bagel with butter.

Laundry Day!

9am - 11:15am 3 loads of laundry.

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, pasta, oregano, pepper, garlic powder. (2 meals)

Boiled eggs x 3, butter, salt, pepper.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Boneless pork, potatoes, mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, oregano, ginger, soup mix spice, cooking oil. 

Snack

2 heels of bread with butter toasted.
