Tea Time!

Peppermint tea 

Supper

White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with mixed vegetables and pepper, Boneless pork with salt and pepper x 3 pieces, hot sauce. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag

Lunch

French toast with 3 eggs, bread x 3, olive oil, butter and pepper. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat germ, cinnamon, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Extra Creamy Mac and Cheese with ground beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce.

Bustrip to Halifax Shopping Centre and Walmart. SoftMoc for New Doctor Martens Shoes.

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. November 22/23 Portable Washer Not Working Properly! Does Not Enter Spin Cycle.
