Tea Time! 2

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, onion, brown rice, tomato paste, mixed beans, spices, etc., Tomato soup, curry.

Snack 2

Ham and Turkey sandwich with mayo and mustard, Smoked Almonds 75g. 

Snack

Protein shake 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Park Lane then visit Mother at Victoria General Hospital followed by walk to Superstore Quinpool road before heading back home. 

Brunch

Toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 5 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, tea.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, onion, leftover broccoli, mixed beans, tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, hot spices. (2 meals) 

Snack

Boiled egg, salt, banana x 1.

Brunch

Ham and Turkey sandwich with mayo, mustard, boiled egg, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 4. 

Laundry Day!

8:00am - 10:00am 3 loads of laundry. November 5

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, chili powder, broccoli, butter, summer savory.

Ham and Turkey sandwich with mayo and mustard, Cheddar Cheese x 5. 

Outing

Walk up to Furniture Spot Strewberry Hill Street to buy mattress then Sobeys Windsor Street before back home.

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street after dropping grey pants off for dry cleaning and change waist size to 42" from 44". Had Aquafina Orange Drink while walking along waterfront.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Ham and Turkey sandwich with mayo and mustard.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.
