Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, peanut butter, tea. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, brown rice, hot sauce. 

Snack

Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then back home along waterfront. 4.75km 

Brunch

Egg salad with 3 eggs, pepper, paprika, mayo, mustard on pita bread x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Pasta salad with tuna, mayo, pepper, paprika, black olives, peas and carrots, pasta.

Went out with Donna for something to eat and delivered paperwork for Neil's estate then drove to Superstore Young Street then walked home from there. Had chicken burger and diet coke.
