Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, tomato soup. 

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches with mayo and mustard x 2. Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Peanut butter and butter sandwich on wholewheat bread. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Sardine fillets in hot sauce 100g. Banana x 1 

Workout

Light stretching with push ups plus 35 minutes of dumbbell weight training with multiple reps and sets and multiple exercises. 

Breakfast 2

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 3

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, hot sauce, pasta and sauce mixture with milk and butter. 

Lunch

Peanut butter and butter sandwiches on wholewheat bread x 3. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. Sour Cream and Onion 71g Crunchy Loops. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, powder milk. Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, creatine, banana, frozen berries and cherries. Tea with milk and sweetener.
