Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, diced tomatoes, etc., Onion, cooking oil, butter.

Lunch

1/2 bag of French fries and ketchup.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 1.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, Earl Grey Tea, milk.

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Worked on 22 Minutes today from 8:00am to about 6:00pm had lunch there and snacks. 

Workout

Light workout!

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, Earl Grey Tea, milk.

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, Earl Grey Tea, milk. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, pasta, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian style seasoning, hot spices. (3 meals) 

Snack

Smoked Almonds 75g. 

Outing

Walk along waterfront to Duke Street Dollarama. 

Laundry Day!

8:30am - 10:00am 2 loads of laundry. September 8

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre.

Ham and Smoked Turkey sandwich with butter and mustard, boiled egg, salt.
