Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, vegetable broth, brown rice, hot sauce, butter. 

Lunch

Chicken breast and Ham sandwich with butter and mustard, Potato Chips 2 Cups. 

Outing

Walked up to Sobeys Windsor Street then took bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Chicken breast and Ham sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Protein Shake with powder milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, Protein powder, apple, banana, frozen strawberries, 1% milk, tea. 

Dessert

Apples x 2

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, Brown Rice 3/4 Cup with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, butter, summer savory.

Protein Shake with protein powder 2tbs, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, 1% milk. Chicken breast and Ham sandwich with mayo and mustard. Potato Chips 2 Cups. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
