Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2, granola bar.

Laundry Day!

8:00am - 10:30am 3 loads of laundry.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Snack

Toast and butter x 2, chamomile tea.

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, black beans, rice, etc., Tomato soup, milk.

Lunch

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, Granola bar.

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 1, boiled egg, salt, tea.

Snack

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, chamomile tea.

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwich, pepper, paprika, Granola bar

Outing

Paid rent then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.
