Ground beef, rice, pepper, garlic, mixed vegetables, can carrots, mushroom soup, milk. (2 meals)

Pan cakes x 2, wheat bran, cinnamon, syrup.

3 loads of laundry. 8:45 am - 11:15 am

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana x 2, Milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea. 

Supper

Pork butt chop, salt, pepper, garlic, leftover Brussels sprouts, steak sauce.

Snack

Toasted cheese, butter sandwich, lemon ginger tea.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

3 egg omelette, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, cheese, green tea.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, milk, tea.

Last night snack!

Peanut butter toast x 1, chamomile tea.

Supper

Steak, salt and pepper, garlic, Brussels sprouts, butter, steak sauce.

Snack

Toasted cheese, butter sandwich, tea.

Brunch

Pan cakes x 2 with wheat bran, cinnamon, butter, syrup. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Walk to Quinpool road TD Bank and Superstore.

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart.

Leftover sausage 2.5 3 egg omelette, Ham and Cheese, pepper, garlic, green tea, toast and butter x 2.
