Cleaning Day from 9:00am to 5:30pm. August 1/2025 8.5 hours of cleaning.

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups, knee bends and calf raises.

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Sobeys and Dollarama after paying rent. Then bus trip to Bayers Lake Superstore, Dollarama and Sport Chek. 

Lunch

Sub sandwich from Sobeys Halifax Shopping Centre. Protein Bar 68g. Pepperoni stick 40g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Diet Cranberry juice. Sub Sandwich from Superstore Bayers Lake. Carbonated flavored water 1 liter. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and butter on whole grain bread x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast/Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend 4, vanilla protein powder, powder milk, oats, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds.

One hour of stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick, knee bends, calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Omelette sandwich with eggs x 2, butter, pam cooking spray, salt and pepper, hot sauce, cheese on whole grain bread. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen fruit blend x 4, powder milk, vanilla protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, plain oats package x 1.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street then walked to Dollarama Duke Street followed by bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street.
