Walk to RBC Almon Street then Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Omelette 3 eggs, toast and butter x 2, tomato slices, Cheddar Cheese x 3, garlic, pepper, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Harvest Crunch 1 cup, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, Silk, tea. 

Supper

1 cup of rice with mushroom soup, pork chops x 2, garlic, pepper, steak sauce.

Cheddar Cheese x 3

Outing

Bus trip to Halifax Shopping Centre Eastlink and Walmart.

Lunch

Leftover California style vegetables, 3 eggs, tomato slices, Cheddar Cheese x 3, toast and butter x 2, pepper, garlic, green tea.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour.

Oysters 85g, Non alcoholic beer.

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

3 egg omelette, toast and butter x 2, tomato slices, pepper, garlic, green tea.

Laundry

9am - 11:30am 3 loads of laundry.
