Vegetable Crackers 2 Cups. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk, kefir plain yogurt drink. 

Lunch

Can salmon on hamburger buns with butter x 2, large milk. 

Breakfast 3

Pork chop with salt and pepper. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, frozen strawberries, oat milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Swedish meatballs x 12, brown rice with mixed vegetables, butter, hot sauce, omelette with 3 eggs. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, powder milk, protein powder, oat milk, kefir plain yogurt drink. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

Pork cutlette with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2 with homemade pickles, Green tea. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Laundry Day from about 7:00am to 9:30am 3 loads of laundry. September 15/23
