Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Shepherd's pie with ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, butternut squash, salt, pepper, paprika, summer savory, oregano, hot spices. 

Lunch

Turkey and Ham sandwich with butter and mustard x 2. 

Outing

Walk to RBC Almon Street then Superstore Young Street. ( Dollarama had no masks) 

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables 3/4 Cup each. 

Lunch

Tuna mayo sandwich with chili powder, pepper, paprika.

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Toast and butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt, Cheddar Cheese x 5.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:00am - 10:30am October 7

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk

Tea Time!

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, Chamomile tea.

Supper

Milk/Almond milk shake with Jumble Berry fruit blend 1 Cup, banana. (2 cups milk/almond milk)

Outing 2

Walk to RBC Almon Street. 

Lunch

Toast and butter x 2, Cheddar Cheese x 5.

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre and Haircutters for hair cut.

Chicken legs x 2, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika, chili powder. (Cold)

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, Earl Grey Tea.

Bus trip to Dartmouth to work on Sugar Highs as background. 10:30am call time wrapped at about 6:30pm.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea.

3rd and final dental cleaning then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Milk/Almond milk shake with frozen berries blend and banana.

Leftover spaghetti with ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, etc. Fried onions, cooking oil, butter.

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Peanut butter and butter sandwich.

Milk 2 Go Sport Vanilla. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool road and Canadian Tire but didn't buy anything at Canadian Tire.
