Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea and peanut butter oatmeal cookies x 3

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 was pink salt, pepper, garlic powder on wholewheat flatbread with mayo x 2. 

Lunch

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, cheese, butter on toasted English muffins x 2 wholewheat. Peanut butter Oatmeal cookies x 3. Green tea. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, banana, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, peanut butter oatmeal cookies x 4. 

Supper

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, salt and pepper, hot sauce, butter, cheese on wholewheat toasted English muffins x 2. Baked yellow potatoes and onions with seasoning, beef broth. 

Lunch

Can Salmon with mayo, pink salt, pepper on wholewheat flatbread x 2. Diet Cranberry Juice. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, coffee. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, knee bends, planking, push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with banana, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Crunchy Loops Sour Cream and Onion Baked Lentil Snacks. 71g.

Sub sandwich from Brother's Meat Market and 2 x peanut butter oatmeal cookies.

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street and Brother's Meat Market.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Corn beef 1/3 can on wholewheat flatbread with mayo, mustard and hot sauce. Peanut butter Oatmeal cookies x 2.
