Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 45 minutes. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, hot sauce, vegetable broth, pasta and sauce mixture with butter and milk from package sidedish. 

Lunch

Can lunch meat sandwiches with cheese, butter and mustard x 2. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and legs lifts and planking. 

Breakfast 3

Bran Flakes 2 Cup with milk and banana. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk, cinnamon and sweetener, toast with peanut butter. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea, banana x 1.

Supper

Omelette with 4 eggs, cheese, hot sauce, pam cooking spray, boiled potatoes with butter, pepper and parsley. 

Snack

Sardines fillets in hot sauce 100g. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street to catch the bus to Halifax Shopping Centre Walmart and Shoppers.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with planking. 

Breakfast

Coffee with milk and sweetener, toast and peanut butter x 2. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, oats. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Pork Steak with salt and pepper, yellow potatoes with butter, parsley and hot sauce.

Toasted cheese and butter sandwich with sardines fillets in hot sauce 100g.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats. Toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter, pepperoni stick 40g and Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Young Street and Dollarama.

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk, Bannock bread with peanut butter and green tea.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts, push ups and planking. 

Breakfast 2

Bannock bread with peanut butter and coffee with milk and sweetener.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen strawberries, powder milk, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats.

I made some Bannock bread with flour, baking powder, salt, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, butter.

Toasted cheese sandwich with butter, pepperoni stick 40g. 1/2 Cup Energy Mix, Roasted and Salted Cashews and BBQ Peanuts.

Toasted O's 2 Cups with Milk. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry. 

Breakfast 2

Toast and peanut butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast
