Protein Shake!

Protein Shake with powder milk and vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. 

Supper

Ground chicken with spices and seasoning, broccoli and cauliflower, butternut squash, pasta, chick peas, hot sauce, chicken broth. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre after dropping shopping off home. 

Snack

Chocolate protein bar 68g. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and cheese on hamburger buns x 2. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Creatine!

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Toast and peanut butter x 2. English Breakfast Tea with milk and sweetener. Boiled egg with salt. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Protein Shake with powder milk and vanilla protein powder. 

Supper

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and cheese on hamburger buns x 2. 

Lunch

Leftover ground turkey with frozen peas, potatoes and onion, tomato soup, etc. Toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, delts and triceps 25 minutes. 

Creatine!

Creatine with water 2 tbsp. 

Breakfast 2

Peanut butter toast x 2. Boiled eggs with salt x 2. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street while waiting for laundry. 

Lunch

Chicken burgers with mayo, mustard and cheese on hamburger buns x 2. Boiled egg x 1. Banana x 1. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal 1 Cup with cinnamon, chia seeds, banana, powder milk. Boiled eggs with salt x 2. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Snacks!

Rice Cakes with peanut butter x 4. Boiled eggs with hot sauce x 4.

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 10lbs and 20lbs chest, biceps, back and forearms 50 minutes. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Peanut butter toast x 2. 

Protein Shake/Breakfast!

Protein Shake with banana x 2, frozen blueberries, powder milk, vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp, creatine 1 tbsp, chia seeds, cinnamon, plain oats package x 1. Green tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Protein Shake with powder milk, vanilla protein powder and creatine 1 tbsp.
