Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, tomato paste, lentils, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, onion powder, curry. (2 meals) 

Lunch

Ham and Turkey breast sandwich with butter and mustard and Swizz Cheese, boiled egg, salt, Nature Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana x 2, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Boneless pork x 2, salt, pepper, chili powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables, summer savory.

Snack

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Lunch

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11:10am December 10 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple, banana, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, almond milk, tea. 

Supper

Chicken leg x 1, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, poultry seasoning, brown rice 1 cup, mixed vegetables. 

Snack

BBQ peanuts 1/2 Cup.

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street after dropping off my Dockers pants ( light colour) for alterations then walked to Superstore Quinpool after Canadian Tire.
