Pork chop with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, brown rice, mixed vegetables, summer savory, butter, vegetable broth. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Brunch

Toasted Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard, Protein Shake with 1% milk and protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Scrambled eggs x 3, milk, pepper, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Supper

Italian Style meat balls x 15, Scrambled eggs x 3, butter, milk, hot sauce, pepper, summer savory, garlic powder, onion powder, mixed vegetables, toast and butter x 2. 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 8:30am to 4:30pm humidity is high today so the floors took forever to dry. Now it's time for a shower and cook some supper.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent. 2.98km

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:00am to about 9:40am with 2 loads of laundry. July 27/22
