Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, pasta sauce mixture made with milk and butter. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g with hot pepper. Cheddar cheese x 5

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. 

Breakfast 3

Toasted fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, pam cooking spray, cheese, butter, hot sauce, salt and pepper. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 3 Cups with Milk and banana, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Steak with salt and pepper x 2 with boiling yellow potatoes, butter and hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, coffee. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with almond milk, banana x 2, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground pork with mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, tomato soup, chick peas. 

Lunch

Breaded fish fillets x 3 with cheese, butter, hot sauce on toasted bread x 2 sandwiches. 1% Milk large.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, 1% milk, almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, protein powder. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking.

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with almond milk, banana x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Walk to RBC Almon Street to deposit SC3 paycheck then bought lunch at Sobeys Windsor Street. Sub sandwiches with Lemon lime water carbonated. 

Snack

Honey garlic pepperoni

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, 1% milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, coffee. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells multiple sets and reps 40 minutes. Working arms, shoulders, back and chest. 

Breakfast 2

Fried egg sandwich with 2 eggs, pam cooking spray, cheese, butter, hot sauce, salt and pepper on toasted bread with coffee and milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with almond milk and banana, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Leftover pork steak with hot sauce.

Toasted English muffins x 2 with fried eggs x 2, cheese, butter and hot sauce with large 1% milk. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Bran Flakes 2 Cups with Milk and banana x 2, toasted bagel with butter, tea with milk and sweetener.

Roast beef sub sandwich from Superstore Young Street and Carbonated water lemon lime.

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and TD Bank.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
