Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Boneless pork with salt and pepper, pasta and cheese sauce mixture with mixed vegetables plus hot sauce. Banana x 1 (ripened)

Lunch

Grilled cheese sandwiches with salami and cheese with butter and mustard x 2 cooked at 350° in oven. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, mango yogurt drink. 

Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises 45 minutes. Plus push ups and light stretching for cool down. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen fruit berry blend 2 cups, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, chicken flavor side dish with sauce and pasta. 

Snack

Smoked Oysters 85g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, vanilla yogurt drink. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with calf raises, planking, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen fruit berry blend, milk, toast and butter x 1, carrot muffin, tea. 

Tea Time!

Lemon ginger tea with Carrot Muffin. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, Pasta side dish with a tomato sauce mixture. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2

Coffee Time!

Coffee with milk and sweetener. Carrot Muffin. 1/2 cup Energy Mix with Roasted and Salted Cashews. 

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 3 loads of laundry.

Weight training with dumbbells 6 exercises plus push ups. 40 minute workout!

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, Carrot Muffin and Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Outing

Walk to Superstore Quinpool Road and TD Bank. 

Brunch

Protein Shake with powder milk, protein powder, frozen fruit berry blend. Toasted cheese and butter sandwich. 

Workout

1 Hour Stretching with crunches and legs lifts, calf raises and planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, frozen fruit berry blend, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Snack

Toast and peanut butter x 2, small milk.
