Ground beef, mixed vegetables, rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano. (2 meals)

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, apple x 2, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Chicken breast x 1, salt, pepper, paprika, Uncle Ben's Rice x 1 package.

9:00am - 3:15pm Monthly Cleaning.

Mailed Health Card renewal form then paid rent then walked to Sobeys Windsor Street.

8:50am - 11:20am 3 loads of laundry.
