Tea Time!

Chamomile tea

Supper

Ground beef, mixed vegetables, brown rice, beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, curry, Italian spice. (2 meals)

Snack

Peanut butter and butter sandwich, small milk.

Brunch

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, almond milk, toast and butter x 2, boiled egg, salt, tea. 

Tea Time!

Pork chop x 1, salt, pepper, potatoes, onion, Italian spice, ginger, garlic powder, cooking oil. 

Snack

Nature Mix 1/2 bag of 250g.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Snack

Nature Mix 1 Cup. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then back home along waterfront.

Boiled eggs x 2, salt, toast and butter x 2.

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Last Night!

Chamomile tea around 6:00pm.

Lunch 2

1.5 Tuna Mayo sandwich with pepper and paprika.

Lunch

Toast and butter x 2, boiled eggs x 2, salt.

Laundry Day!

3 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 11:00am June 16

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal, wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, toast and butter x 2, almond milk, boiled egg, salt, tea.
