Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with salt, pepper and paprika, butter noodles in sauce. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises 30 minutes. 

Outing

Bustrip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Protein bar 80g.

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick, planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, spices and seasoning, hot sauce, packaged pasta with sauce. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard x 2, green tea. 

Snack

Cheddar Cheese x 4

Outing

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea.

Walk to Dollarama Park Lane Spring Garden Road. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B and pepperoni sticks x 2

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt drink. Salami and cheese sandwich with butter and mustard.

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches, leg lifts, planking.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana x 2, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea and coffee with milk and sweetener.
