Tea Time!

Protein Shake with frozen blueberries, protein powder, 1% milk, oat milk. Roast beef, ham, cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard. Chamomile tea, Oatmeal cookies x 4. 

Outing/Work

Walk downtown to work on 22 minutes for the afternoon then bus home afterwards. 

Lunch

Mac and cheese salad from Sobeys, roast beef, ham, cheese sandwich with mayo and mustard. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching!

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, oat milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. Creatine with water. 

Snack

Mac and cheese salad from Sobeys 1/2 large container. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, Oatmeal cookies x 5. 

Supper

Ground turkey with spices and seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, green peas, yellow potatoes, onions. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street after paying rent. 

Brunch

California style tuna salad with mayo on wholewheat bread. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, oat milk, 1% milk, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, protein powder, creatine. Brown rice cakes with peanut butter x 4. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener, brown rice cakes with peanut butter x 3. 

Supper

Scrambled eggs x 5 with pink salt, pepper, hot sauce, pam cooking spray, toast and butter x 2.

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, protein powder, chia seeds, oats, cinnamon, 1% milk, oat milk. 

Outing

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street. 

Brunch

Ham, turkey, cheese sandwiches with mayo, mustard x 2. Creatine with water. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, banana, berries and cherries, oat milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Ground pork with spices and seasoning, green peas, beef broth, butter, potatoes and onion. 

Lunch 2

Ham and cheese sandwich with mayo, mustard and turkey on wholewheat bread. Coffee with milk and sweetener  

Lunch

Protein Shake with banana, berries and cherries, protein powder, 1% milk, oat milk, cinnamon, chia seeds. Bagel sandwich with mayo, mustard, ham and cheese, turkey. 

Double Workout!

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 20-25 minutes. Creatine with water. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

French toast with wholewheat bagels x 2 and 3 eggs, 1% milk, butter, pam cooking spray, banana and syrup. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. Bagel sandwich with mayo, mustard, ham, turkey, cheese. 

Workout 2

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 30 minutes. Protein Shake with banana, berries and cherries, protein powder, 1% milk, cinnamon, chia seeds. 

Lunch 2

Wholewheat bagel with mayo, mustard, ham, turkey, cheese. 

Lunch

Leftover ground beef with stewed tomatoes and green peas on wholewheat toasted bread x 2. Chocolate biscuit cookies x 4. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching.

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, green peas, stewed tomatoes, beef broth, hot sauce on wholewheat toasted bread x 2 slices. 

Lunch

Wholewheat bagel sandwich with ham, turkey, cheese, mayo and mustard. Mac and Cheese salad from Sobeys. Earl Grey Tea with milk and sweetener, chocolate biscuit cookies x 2. 

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Brunch

California style tuna salad with mayo toasted wholewheat bread sandwich, protein shake with 1% milk, oat milk, protein powder. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener, peanut butter toast x 2. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, oats, chia seeds, 1% milk, oat milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with chocolate biscuit cookies x 4. 

Supper

Potatoes and onion with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, hot sauce, butter, chicken broth. 

Snacks

Sardines fillets 100g. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Baked Red Lentil Snacks Sour Cream and Onion 71g. 

Outing

Bus trip to Dollarama Duke Street.

Toasted tuna, mayo, pepper sandwiches x 2, protein shake with 1% milk, oat milk, protein powder.
