Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Chicken samosas x 4 with sauce, potato salad with deviled egg 454g. Ham and cheese sandwich with chicken breast, mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Outing

Bus trip to Superstore Barrington Street. 

Lunch

Leftover steak from last night's supper. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups in the morning before eating breakfast.

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, protein powder, creatine, cinnamon, chia seeds, oats, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Supper

Steak with pink salt, pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce, potatoes and onion, beef broth. 

Snack

Popcorn x 1 bag.

Lunch

Ham and chicken breast sandwiches with cheese, mayo and mustard on wholewheat bread x 2, coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener, banana x 1. 

Outing/Work

Bus trip Downtown Halifax and back to work on 22 Minutes at Nova Scotia Art Gallery from 8:00am to about 11:00am. Second day on season 32.

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 35 minutes plus push ups in the morning.

Protein Shake with banana x 2, berries and cherries, protein powder, cinnamon, creatine, chia seeds, oats, powder milk. Tea with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Toasted fried egg sandwich with eggs x 2, pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, cheese, pink salt, pepper on wholewheat bread. Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Banana x 1 *(popcorn yesterday afternoon) 

Workout

One hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with leg extensions side kick only.
