Workout

Weight training with dumbbells 5 exercises. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Chicken breast x 2 with salt, pepper and paprika, Uncle Ben's Flavor Rice with mixed vegetables, hot sauce. 

Outing

Walk downtown along waterfront to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. Pepperoni stick. 

Brunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with ham, butter and mustard x 2, green tea. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, banana x 2, protein powder, milk, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder. 

Lunch

Salami and cheese sandwiches with butter, mustard and ham x 2, green tea. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street after paying rent then walked back the long way along Barrington Street. Pepperoni stick, Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Brunch

Leftover ground beef with mixed vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with calf raises. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, milk, banana x 2, toast and peanut butter x 2, tea.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street the long way via Almon Street.
